Mondays, ew. I wanted to share a quick outfit for chilly days, wearing an oversized sweatshirt. I have been picking up all types of solid sweatshirts, tees, and long sleeves, to layer in the winter (praying it comes to Texas soon). This sweatshirt, though, has a simple little twist to it. I’m wearing a medium for that extra comfy look!

WHAT I WORE: CAMEL DUSTER

Something about these lightweight dusters is making me want them in every available color. They’re light enough to layer, and add dimension to what would be a pretty simple outfit. I had originally seen Shay Mitchell in a camel duster on Instagram, and of course I had to search for one. I won’t usually pick out something other than black unless I’ve been inspired from an outside source. All I’ve got to say is I’m in love! The sleeves are loose and give a relaxed fit, while the length is perfect for any short girls out there (I am wearing a size XS). Next time I wear this duster out I’m thinking of pairing it with my Kylie Lip Kit in 22, but can we talk about my mini handbag? I am so drawn to small bags nowadays. I’m definitely into convenience, so I’ve picked up two of them recently.  All I need in this life are small handbags and my mini backpack.

WHAT I WORE: LESS LEATHER

In my opinion, chokers have a subtle romantic flare to them. They actually say that the most beautiful part of a woman’s body are shoulders, collarbones and neck. My new favorite choker, from Less Leather, has a simple design that contrasts great with just about everything you wear. In this post I focused more on the choker itself, without any distractions. Because I was feeling a bit romantic when I was editing these photos, I added a new filter by VSCO and Taku, which reflects exactly that: dark romance. Listen to what I was listening to while editing these photos below, and follow Less LEathers Instagram @LessLeather!

WHAT I WORE: GAMISS DENIM MINI

BUCKLE CHOKER/ EBAY (here)

I love distressed denim, period. Jeans, shorts, and now skirts. This skirt from Gamiss has become my favorite because of the frayed hem. Its a minor detail but it definitely makes a difference. The beauty about denim is that you can wear it a million ways: I would switch out the button up for a black bodysuit and a biker jacket, for example. Speaking of black, I was also drawn to this skirt while browsing the site. It also has a raw hem, but the white stitching is what makes it unique in my opinion. Moving on to my buckle choker, which I bought because I really wanted the AYAI Katya Choker. I found this super ultra cheap alternative on Ebay, yeah I said it.

More from Gamiss coming soon, and it is also white. Major hint alert. Keep up with Gamiss on their Facebook and Pinterest!

NEW IN: LEATHER CHOKER

A minimalist essential, the Less Leather choker is sleek  and 100% sustainable. Less Leather products are made from kangaroo leather, and handcrafted in Australia. Being that I love a good choker myself, I had to add this piece to my collection. I have velvet chokers, and western inspired bolo ties, but nothing like this. A simple black choker with soft ribbon details is all I need in this life.

This was simply an introduction, and I cannot wait to show you all details of how it looks on!

NEW IN: DELICATE GOLD

With such a beautiful array of color options It’s almost crazy that I opted for black, but we all know what I like best. The delicate gold details on these bracelets are ideal for monochromatic looks. Not only are they cute, but the brand is constantly looking to expand their charity line and try to support as many causes as possible. Admirable? I think YES. With that being said, every bracelet purchased helps provide full-time jobs for local artisans in Costa Rica. I’ve only unveiled 2 of the 4 I own, so you’ll have to stay tuned for the rest! Look through their collection HERE.
