Brought out the destroyed boyfriend jeans for the second time, ever. I wanted to give this look a bit of an edge, since the cardigan (which was 10 bucks during Black Friday), seemed so girly to me. As you all know, I do not usually gravitate towards colors or even the color white, but I really liked how this outfit came together. Onto another new handbag, from the wonderful team at Diophy! It is so spacious, and I actually do not own any other handbag like it. It is larger than most of my handbags, but the change in size and even details is exciting to me. Zuri and I started another year on DBD, and we got together to shoot this minimalistic outfit. I wanted the handbag to be the focal point of this simple look. I still cant get over how beautiful it is!This is something I would wear when I don’t want t dress up, but still want to look put together. Of course it is an all black outfit except for the jeans, which are my favorite at the moment. The raw hem is so nice, and I want to do it to the rest of my jeans aswell. The weather here in south Texas has been shifting back and forth, and from the looks of it winter is now over. I scored this coat in the sale section of Forever 21 (buy one get one free). So this is an update of my #BrokeGirlsWishlist. I have been hunting down the Chloe Faye handbag, which you have most likely seen on various fashion bloggers on your Instagram feed. What else could possibly break a girl’s heart more than finding out the price of a designer item? A college student doesn’t have $1,300 dollars to spare because that’s tuition money, duh. Well, broke girls rejoice! My prayers were recently answered, and I was kindly gifted with a Chloe inspired handbag (Thank you Diophy! IN LOVE). I was actually blown away at the quality of this gem. I have stumbled upon other Chloe inspired handbags on the net, but Diophy’s prices are unbeatable. Shipping was fast, and the customer service was exceptional. WHAT I WORE: CAP AND BACKLESS MINI

Mixing sporty and girly pieces has slowly become my favorite thing to do when I get dressed. Throwing on a cap when you’re wearing a dress gives your outfit a whole different vibe, and that’s definitely a good thing. Caps are not limited to dresses, and look comfortable-chic with jeans and a thin duster coat. Let’s take a moment to appreciate this dress though, which was $2 f*****g dollars! The sale racks at Forever 21 have some hidden gems sometimes, ladies and gentlemen. I’ve also found the block heel boots of my dreams, and they were cheap too.
